Event - Restorative Yoga with Healing Touch and Sound
You’re invited to this 90-minute masterclass to unwind and simply be yourself. Hang and Karin are collaborating to guide you through a sequence of healing restorative yoga poses while offering gentle and relaxing hands-on Shamballa Reiki, massage and acupressure as you “bathe” in the sounds and vibrations produced by different instruments such as chimes, voice, tuning forks, and crystal bowls and crafted soundscapes. Come pamper yourself and surrender to the power of rest & relaxation. All levels of practitioners are welcome.
