This inclusive and trauma informed workshop will focus on the layout of a classical kundalini yoga class, foundational breath practices, foundational mantras and learning some history/philosophy of kundalini yoga followed by a Q&A. Kundalini yoga is a yoga of experiencing your awareness from multiple levels. With that, you will experience a kriya (set of postures for a specific effect) and various meditations perfect for beginning your journey into this ancient technology.
