In today's society and the advancement of technology life is busy and sometimes it can be overwhelming. It's natural for humans to strive for what we want whether that be a career, love relationship, a car etc. and it’s also natural to tend to sometimes look at what is lacking in our life. We can have five remarkable things happen to us and we as humans tend to focus on the one thing that went wrong. This is a natural human response.
In this workshop we look at the mind and its connection to our body. We look at how stress, good or bad, can affect our mind and body. We look at the practice of gratitude as a tool to find inner joy and to appreciate what you do have in this moment.
The practice of gratitude is the easiest, quickest, and most powerful way to effect change in your life. Through its practice, you begin to see all that you have to be grateful for in the present moment despite some of the challenges in your life or around you. It can help shift your energy from a sense of lack to the feeling of having enough. It broadens your awareness in your life to start to appreciate the little things and can bring more peace and joy back into your life.
