Our beloved summer gathering is back! Join us for a day of movement + sound experiences with an amazing line up of amazing teachers + magic weavers at our lovely farm near Sydenham.

9:30am-10:30am ahimsa vinyasa flow with JP Tamblyn-Sabo
10:45am-12pm yin with Hang Nhan & Sarah Martin

1:30pm-2:30pm qi gong with Nathan McCready
2:45-3:45 ahimsa mellow flow with JP Tamblyn-Sabo
4pm-5pm bedtime stories with Liz Huntly
Price: $100 + HST for the day
Our outdoor practice space is sheltered from the elements, so this event is on rain or shine!
