Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming practice that focuses on relaxation and healing. Using props to fully support the body, this practice allows you to hold poses for extended periods, encouraging deep release and restoration. It's designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance by activating the body’s natural ability to heal and recharge.


Thai Massage is a traditional healing practice that combines gentle stretching, deep tissue pressure, and rhythmic movement. Performed on a mat, it works to release tension, improve flexibility, and balance energy flow throughout the body. Often referred to as "lazy yoga," Thai Massage helps to unwind tight muscles and restore vitality through hands-on techniques that guide the body into various stretches and positions.


This class is limited to 8 participants ensuring ample time for hands on. Feel welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, mats and props are available to use.
