Participants will learn how to identify foods that help balance the elements and understand foundational Ayurvedic eating guidelines. The therapeutic role of common cooking spices will be explored in a practical, accessible way. Each participant will create and take home a personalized Ayurvedic spice blend tailored to their unique needs.

Participants will learn how different types of yoga, exercise intensity, and daily movement affect the elements and doshas. The class explores how to choose practices that support balance rather than aggravate imbalance, offering practical guidance for aligning movement with current needs.
This session introduces herbalism from an Ayurvedic perspective, focusing on the healing potential of herbs and spices commonly found in the kitchen. Participants will learn how to respond to everyday symptoms using simple, accessible herbal approaches. Foundational Ayurvedic formulas and traditional preparations will be covered, empowering participants to confidently use herbs as daily medicine at home.
