Event - Women's Circle (120 Mins)
with SaigonOm

October 28 (Friday)
at 6:30 pm

Class length
120 minutes

Location
Studio 330

Women’s circles are a sacred place for women to come together and support each other in a loving community. They provide a quiet space to bring our attention inward and an opportunity to reflect and let go of anything in our lives that no longer serves us. We come together in circle to share our life stories, express emotions, embrace the divine feminine, set positive intentions, and harness the collective power of a group of like-hearted women.

Join Sarah for an evening of connection with yourself and other women from the community. Women of all ages, including teenage girls 12 years+ are welcome. Each monthly circle is theme-focused and weaved with the energy of the moon and the current season. Come with an open heart and be ready to receive.

The evening will include:
  • Intuitive feminine movement to ground into your body and establish a heart-womb flow of energy; including breathwork, mantra, asana, mudra, and relaxation.
  • Meditation and deep rest/yoga nidra.
  • Understanding and connection to your menstrual cycle, lunar cycle, or the ebbs and flows of life.
  • Journaling and intention setting to connect to your inner guidance and wisdom.
  • Circle sharing: a loving space to be yourself, share, learn, and be supported.
What to Bring:
  • A yoga mat
  • Journal and pen
  • Water bottle
  • Your favourite tea mug/thermos
Investment: $50+HST
